2. Along with weight, celery also reduces the fat stored on the stomach. For this, you can use ajwain water. It is helpful in reducing stomach fat. For this, you have to soak celery in a cup of water at night and drink it on an empty stomach after waking up in the morning.

To reduce your waist fat and stomach fat as quickly as possible, drinking lemon squeezed in a glass of lukewarm water every morning on an empty stomach is considered a panacea, but many times lemon does not suit people. So you can drink hot water in this way. Hot water means lukewarm, which your tongue and throat can tolerate.

4. Experts believe that green tea contains antioxidants. It is great to drink green tea at least twice a day. But it should not be too good. Avoid milk tea completely. It would be better to drink green tea half an hour before sleeping at night.
