1. Fruit salad -

Fruit salad is very healthy for our body. This can lead to breakfast time every morning. It also brings a glow to the face. And the fruit is very beneficial for our body. It makes up for the vitamin deficiency in our body. If someone is deficient in vitamins, definitely eat this salad.

Method  -  Cut bananas, apples, pears, oranges, strawberries. Add pepper, salt, cumin powder, mint, lemon juice, and mix. 

2. Protein Salad -

Protein is most important for our body. If there is no protein deficiency in the body, the body will remain healthy and fit. And if someone has frequent hunger problems, eat a salad full of protein. So that you do not feel hungry again and again and the digestion of food in the body is good.

 Method - Sprouting the gram and moong. And bake the peanuts. Add raw curry, tomato, paneer, green chili, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, and mix it.

Put hot water in gram and moong and leave it overnight and drain its water in the morning, then tie it in a cloth and let it stay for 24 hours and keep pouring water on it in between. Due to which the moisture will remain in it, moong and gram will sprout.

3. Vegetable salad -

Vegetable salad should be eaten while eating, it does not cause deficiency of protein vitamins in the body. Green vegetables are beneficial for our health and contain many vitamins which are lost after making vegetables, but if they are eaten as a salad, then you can take all their vitamins. Therefore, eat this salad while eating food.

Method - Cut Cucumber Onion Tomato Cabbage Carrot. Serve by adding black salt, green chili, capsicum, salt, lemon to it.

4. Corn salad -

Maize is very nutritious, based on the medicinal properties of maize in Ayurveda, it works in the treatment of various diseases. Its consumption is beneficial in reducing piles, relieving cough, preventing kidney stones, removing weakness, etc.

Method - Add water to the corn and boil it for 10 minutes then separate the water from it and mix it by adding tomato, carrot, capsicum, coriander, mint pepper, salt, chaat masala, and then consume it.

5. Broccoli salad -

Broccoli is very beneficial for our health. it is a type of vegetable. The deficiency of nutrients in the body can be fulfilled by its consumption. and it is used as a medicine because our body is very beneficial for heart, cancer prevention, weight loss, strengthening bones and teeth, for the brain, diabetes, etc. Therefore, broccoli should be consumed daily so that it remains healthy and fit.

Method - Add water to the broccoli and boil it. Then strain the water from it. Add boiled egg, capsicum, black pepper, black salt, chaat masala, lemon and mix it, and then consume it.
